Hospitality Services Manager – Healthcare

We are seeking a Hospitality Services Manager who understands the healthcare environment and can be the welcoming face of our organisation. You’ll foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders, while overseeing the full suite of hospitality services.

This role is responsible for:

• Food services, including the kitchen and on-site café
• Cleaning and laundry services
• Event coordination

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our Aged Care community is happy, safe, and welcoming, while maintaining the highest standards of service and resident satisfaction.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven management experience in hospitality within a Hospital, Retirement, or Aged Care setting
• A hands-on, approachable leadership style
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience contributing to and managing budgets
• A passion for creating a professional, caring, and resident-focused environment
