THE ROLE:

• Managing a local residential portfolio of 150 properties end to end
• Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Action repairs and maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople
• Managing communication between landlords and tenants
• Maintain arrears, negotiate rent increases and organise lease renewals

THE PERSON:

• Previous experience as either a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager who has experience across all tasks within a portfolio
• A current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Must have a valid drivers licence and reliable car
• Be energetic, enthusiastic and someone who takes initiative for the benefit of the team
• Well spoken and presented
