A fantastic opportunity has now become available for a Property Manager within a supportive and friendly team environment.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Property Manager to join a respected real estate office in the St George area. This role has been created due to an internal team transition, so you’ll be stepping into a stable environment with an established structure.

You’ll manage a portfolio of circa 180 properties (max. 200), with the support of a Leasing Consultant who handles leasing and maintenance. As the Property Manager, you’ll conduct all ingoings and outgoings — particularly when new to the role, to familiarise yourself with the portfolio — before leasing support takes over where possible.

Duties including:

• Manage a residential portfolio of ~180 properties (capped at 200)
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Oversee leasing, arrears, rent reviews, and compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service
• Attend opens on Saturdays (typically until 3:45pm)
• Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings (occasional, not frequent)
• Collaborate with the Leasing Consultant and team to ensure smooth operations

About you

• Previous experience as a Property Manager
• Class 2 real estate licence (minimum)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with professional presentation
• Ability to work independently and within a supportive team
