On behalf of our client, a global luxury jewelery brand we are very excited to be partnering with them to find an accomplished Boutique Manager for their soon to be Chatswood Chase boutique.

We are seeking a candidate who has a solid business acumen, strong operations skill set and the ability to create a world-class shopping environment, a strong product background in the premium retail industry is important.

Reporting into the Managing Director you will be accountable for managing and driving a close-knit team of 6-8 staff. And in return for your passion and outstanding performance across all key performance indicators, you will be rewarded with a very attractive bonus and commission scheme and the opportunity to grow your career with a successful global brand.

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where you and your team exceed expectations, build and nurture relationships and drive sales.

Skills and Experience

Proven luxury/ premium retail management experience

Strong client relationship building skills / CRM management

Exposure to driving sales and KPI's, performance management and succession planning your team

Operating within a global business, dealing with senior stakeholders and regional offices

Luxury market knowledge; RTW, leather-goods, watches and/ or jewelery

High energy and able to work with agility and pace

Good operations skill set and commercial mindset

Excellent salary package on offer; up to $100'000 + super + excellent bonus structure and incentives.

The store is planned to open in April 2026, but we are looking to get candidates on board and trained and commencing prior to April's launch.
