Your new role
As a Site Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a trade background (ideally in carpentry) who's ready to step off the tools and into a leadership position.

You'll be responsible for interpreting plans and drawings, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site safety and quality, and building strong relationships with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade background (carpentry preferred)
• Experience in commercial fit-out projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
• A proactive attitude and desire to grow into a leadership role
• Desire to follow and use systems and processes
• Client-facing confidence and professionalism
