We are seeking experienced Foremen / Site Supervisors to lead major government, commercial, and large-scale residential projects across Sydney. With values from $40M to $300M, these roles span structures, façades, externals, and full-site delivery within well-backed Tier 2 and developer-builder teams. Available on both full-time and ABN contract bases, they offer stability, career growth, and the chance to lead on significant builds.

Minimum Requirements

• Trade background or construction-related qualifications

• 7+ years’ local experience as a Foreperson or Supervisor with a Tier 1, Tier 2, or developer-builder

• Proven track record delivering civil, structural, finishes, and external works

• Strong understanding of sequencing, short-term programming, and subcontractor coordination

• Demonstrated success on $40M+ government, residential or mixed-use projects

• Stable employment history with verifiable references

• Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Site Manager to deliver day-to-day operations and program outcomes

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and direct labour on-site

• Oversee structural works, services integration, and high-quality finishes

• Manage logistics, deliveries, cranage, and materials handling across all stages

• Monitor progress against the program, driving productivity and resolving site challenges

• Enforce safety compliance and lead a positive safety culture on-site

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to junior team members and subcontractors

• Ensure site presentation, compliance, and housekeeping standards are maintained

• Implement inspection and quality checklists to uphold BCA and company standards

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project managers on technical issues

• Prepare and manage short-term lookahead programs and daily works planning

Current Projects / Roles Available

Company A – Western Sydney
Privately owned Tier 2 builder with strong NSW government and private sector pipeline. Projects typically $30M–$200M across community, health, and civic. Current requirement is for a Foreman on a $60M Western Sydney government/community build, with proven strength in structural steel, façades, and external works.

Company B – North West & Western Sydney
Established Tier 2 builder delivering $50M–$400M projects across government, commercial, health, and civic sectors. NSW-wide operations with a strong repeat client base and ISO-accredited systems.

Foreman – $80M Project (North West Sydney): All-rounder required to lead structural, finishes, and services delivery on a major government-sector build.
Foreman – $55M Project (Western Sydney): Site leadership role covering full site coordination from structures through to handover on a significant civic/commercial facility.

Company C – North Shore & North West
Fully integrated Sydney developer-builder with $5B+ pipeline, delivering residential and mixed-use precincts valued $200M–$1B+.

Structures Foreman – $160M High-Rise (North Shore): Requires large-scale high-rise experience with a strong background in structures.
Structures Foreman – $300M High-Rise (North West Sydney): Leadership role overseeing structure delivery on a major multi-unit high-rise project.
