Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Super + Work Vehicle

Brown Environmental Earthworks Planning (BEEP) is a locally owned and operated civil and environmental company working across the Central Coast, Hunter, and broader NSW regions. We deliver critical projects including Coastal Infrastructure, Fire Trail upgrades, levee repairs, culvert works, vegetation management, and so much more — for Councils, NPWS, Public Works and other government clients.

About the Role

This is a unique hybrid opportunity for a plant operator or site supervisor who’s keen to take the next step in their career — developing into a Senior Site Supervisor or Project Manager over time.

You’ll work across a variety of sites and responsibilities, including:

Operating machines (excavators, posi-track, etc.) as needed

Site supervision site coordination, safety, and on-the-ground supervision

Contributing to QA, ITPs, checklists, subcontractor management

Learning the ropes of environmental and civil project delivery under direct mentorship

You’ll be working closely with BEEP’s senior management team — Wayne, Luke, Grant and Blake — with ongoing mentoring and real-world leadership exposure.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s ready to transition out of full-time machine work or general hand, stay active onsite, and take ownership of site and project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

Proven plant operating experience (civil works preferred)

Physically fit, healthy and willing to assist on the ground when required

NSW White Card

Positive attitude and desire to grow within the business

Bonus if you have:

HR or MR licence

VOCs / RII tickets

Exposure to environmental works (e.g. NPWS, Council)

Familiarity with site paperwork: SWMS, ITPs, QA checklists, toolbox talks
