About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone with a few years’ site experience who is ready to take the next step into coordination and supervision. Working closely with the Project and Site Managers, you’ll support delivery of refurbishment and make-good projects on tenanted sites. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground—coordinating trades, keeping things moving, and ensuring works are delivered safely and to plan.

Key Responsibilities

Support Site Managers to achieve program milestones and quality outcomes

Carry out general site duties while also supervising trades and labour when required

Assist with planning daily activities, coordinating labour, equipment, and materials

Monitor site safety, conduct basic toolbox talks, and enforce WHS requirements

Keep site tidy and organised, ensuring high standards of housekeeping

Liaise with stakeholders in a professional manner

Identify and report site issues promptly to senior staff

Maintain site documentation and assist with permits as directed

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience working on construction sites (fit-out, refurb, or commercial projects ideal)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions

Keen interest in stepping up into a supervisory/coordination role

White Card (essential)

First Aid Certificate (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Current Australian driver’s licence
