About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our construction team in commercial projects including Class 2 buildings. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily site operations to achieve program, budget, and quality targets.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project plans.

Monitor site safety, ensuring all workers comply with WHS regulations and company policies.

Lead and coordinate excavation activities on site, ensuring proper use of earthmoving equipment and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily site diaries, safety reports, and material deliveries.

Organise and direct the daily activities of company labourers, monitor work quality, and manage performance to meet project standards.

Plan, schedule, and track construction activities with professional project management software (Microsoft Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud).

What You’ll Bring

Relevant qualification (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field) preferred.

Prior experience in site supervision or construction is highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

English and Chinese communication (required) to coordinate with overseas suppliers and subcontractors.

Confident communicator and negotiator.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have own car.

Readiness to work across Monday - Saturday
