About the Role

As a Site Manager/Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind Arch-System Fabrication’s site operations, supervising and coordinating all activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. You will act as a vital link between site operations, factory production, subcontractors, and clients, helping to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with Arch-System Fabrication methods, client requirements, and Australian Standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate site activities in line with Arch-System Fabrication policies, procedures, and project requirements.

Conduct inductions, Tool Box Talks, and ensure OHS/WHS compliance.

Plan and manage labour, deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors.

Maintain detailed site records, diaries, and progress reports.

Monitor installation quality, conduct water tests, and oversee technical compliance.

Collaborate with design, factory, and project management teams to achieve project outcomes.

Assist with shop drawings, RFIs, ITPs, and project documentation.

Mentor and support site staff, ensuring high standards are maintained.

Engage in hands-on glazing and installation tasks when required.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Site Manager in glazing, façades, or construction.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of Australian Standards and OHS/WHS requirements.

Proficiency in construction software (Logikal, Dashpivot, Fieldwire, Bluebeam).

Practical, hands-on skills in glazing and installation.

Attention to detail, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
