About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and deliver high-end residential development projects across Sydney. This role requires a solid trade background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects from structure to high-quality finishes.

You will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervising and directing trades and subcontractors on-site

Coordinating daily site operations, resources, and scheduling

Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications

Ensuring site safety, compliance, and quality control

Troubleshooting and resolving design and construction issues

Communicating with project managers, consultants, and clients to provide updates

Reporting on site progress, productivity, and any incidents

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in residential construction

Strong trade background (carpentry or similar preferred)

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead teams effectively

Solid technical knowledge of building methods, codes, and standards

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
