This company is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Support Coordinator to join our small team.

WHAT YOU NEED?

3+ years in a similar role (internal sales or sales support)

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both customers and internal teams.

Good understanding and experience in direct customer relations

Strong attention to detail with diligent follow up skills, building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Self motivated, proactive and multitasking capabilities

Ability to manage and implement new sales target plans

A reliable, friendly "whatever it takes" attitude

Various daily tasks include

Direct customer contact with existing and target customers

Prepare quotations, samples and all other required documentation

Source and arrange new marketing and promotional material

Working with timelines and meeting strict deadlines

Provide expert product support and advice on solutions tailored to customer requirements

Assisting the Managing Director on new projects

Learn Shipping, Customs Clearance and Logistics processes

Back up General Office Administration

Working in XERO, UNLEASHED and MICROSOFT OFFICE software
