This role is ideal for someone with a plumbing background (though not a requirement) who thrives on providing excellent service while managing their own day.

About the Role:

Servicing, fault finding, and repairing Billi systems, including taps, undersink fixtures, and other appliances.

No plumbing license required, though a plumbing background or experience with white goods/appliance repairs is ideal.

You'll spend your day out on the road, managing your own schedule in the Greater Sydney area, SE Sydney, and down to Wollongong.

A relatively clean job, working mostly with repairs rather than installations.

Training: One week of dedicated training in Melbourne with a personal trainer to ensure you have all the skills you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Fault diagnosis and repair of Billi units and associated equipment (including taps, fittings, and appliances).

Autonomous work on the road – manage your own schedule and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Provide clients with clear, professional communication and excellent customer service at every step.

What We’re Looking For:

A background in plumbing or appliance servicing (experience with white goods and Billi units is a bonus).

Excellent fault-finding skills and ability to service equipment efficiently.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Someone who can manage their own day, work independently, and provide high-quality service.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

No plumbing license required – just the right attitude and background.
