Brightwood Group is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Account Manager to oversee roofing and plumbing works across Sydney. This role blends service management, estimating, and project management – perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, variety, and building strong client and team relationships.

What You’ll Do

As Roofing & Plumbing Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing jobs end-to-end, including:

Quoting and estimating jobs, from small works through to large-scale projects.

Scheduling and coordinating technicians for smooth, efficient job flow.

Building strong client relationships with clear, professional communication.

Overseeing budgets, costs, and job profitability.

Working closely with technicians to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.

Managing project timelines, documentation, and reporting using SimPro (experience highly regarded).

This role is a mix of office and site work – you’ll be the link between our clients, our team, and the job.

What You’ll Need

Trade background in plumbing and/or roofing (ideal) or strong building services experience.

Proven experience in estimating, project management, or service management.

Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and competing priorities.

SimPro experience preferred.

Current Driver’s Licence.

Able to pass:

National Police Check

Working With Children Check
