Fragrance Field Service Technician – Full time - IMMEDIATE START
📍 Location: Brisbane
💰 Pay: $40 per hour + super + bonus
🚗 Company vehicle provided (or negotiable payment if you could use your own)
🕒 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

We’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through scent, and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Fragrance Field Service Technician to join our team!

The Role:
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our scent diffusion systems at client locations. You’ll ensure our systems operate smoothly and provide customers with the best possible scenting experience.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Install and maintain scenting systems at client sites
✔️ Troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed
✔️ Conduct routine servicing and refills
✔️ Provide excellent customer service and client support
✔️ Keep detailed records of work completed

About You:

Hands-on and mechanically minded

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Good communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license

Police clearance (or willingness to obtain one)

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)

White Card (preferred but not essential)
