About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the best team in Brisbane as Practice Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy & growing dental practice.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the practice's operations, including patient bookings, staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

Ensure the practice complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Implement and monitor systems and processes to optimise workflow and improve patient experience

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff

Collaborate with the dental team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner

What we're looking for

Strong understanding of dental industry regulations, best practices, and processes

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Proficient in using practice management software and other dental-specific technology

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff

Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement

Tertiary qualification in business, healthcare management, or a related field is highly desirable
