Key Responsibilities

Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the practice.

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including dentists, hygienists, receptionists, and dental assistants.

Implement and refine policies and procedures with a continuous improvement mindset.

Manage key financial operations, including payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.

Prepare and analyse marketing reports and liaise with marketing teams.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the broader dental community.

Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Create and manage efficient rostering (Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 8am-1pm).

What We're Looking For

4+ years' experience in a dental practice management role (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong knowledge of dental practice workflows, systems, and compliance requirements.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with practice management software and office IT systems (preferably EXACT).

Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a passion for improving processes.

Dedication to patient-centred care and a premium customer experience.

Relevant qualifications in practice or business management are highly desirable.

About the Practice

North Brisbane Dental Clinic is a private, general dental practice in Brisbane's inner north. Over the past 14 years, we’ve grown to be a busy 7 surgery practice with 10 dentists and 3 hygienists.

Our dentists provide all levels of general dental care, including orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and everything in between. We have an exceptional team of hard-working support staff, who are committed to our patients.

We have an on site lab with the full digital setup, so we make mouthguards, retainers, splints and most of our crowns in house.
