We are a growing, patient-focused clinic group with three Brisbane locations.

We're looking for a motivated full time Practice Administration Manager to lead our admin team and oversee day-to-day clinic operations. This role offers a career pathway into a full Practice Manager position.

Your Role

Lead and support a part-time admin team of 8–10 staff

Manage rosters, training, and day-to-day performance

Oversee daily operations at all three clinics with Eight Mile Plains as the primary location, and Daisy Hill and North Lakes as the secondary locations. Each clinic has Senior Administration team members who can support the Practice Administration Manager

Support reception, scheduling, billing, accounts and compliance

Ensure smooth clinic systems and a great patient experience

About You

Experience in senior admin or team leader roles (healthcare or allied health preferred)

Minimum 2-3 years of senior admin or team leader experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Bonus: Experience with PracSuite and/or Cliniko practice management systems

Australian citizens or permanent residents only
