Our team is dedicated to improving patient health and wellbeing, and we are seeking a skilled Dental Practice Manager to lead our practice and ensure operational excellence. We are a highly cosmetic clinic that focuses on aligners, veneers/oral rehab and implants!

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in dental practice management, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for providing excellent patient care. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

The key responsibilities are:

- Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care.

- Manage and support a team of dental professionals, including dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.

- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance with regulations.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and collections, to achieve practice profitability.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.

- Coordinate staff training and professional development opportunities.

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with the dental team to develop marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

Abilities should include:

- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar role within a dental or healthcare setting.

- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

- Proficient in dental practice management software D4W if possible and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and foster a supportive work environment.
