About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take charge of a well-maintained residential portfolio across Point Cook and the surrounding suburbs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, while ensuring every aspect of property management runs smoothly and professionally.

As a key member of our team, you'll be supported by admin staff and leadership so you can focus on what you do best—delivering outstanding service and growing client relationships.

Your day will include:

Setting up new tenancies, new business, and coordinating client onboarding

Preparing detailed entry & exit condition reports and client reporting

Conducting routine inspections and providing professional updates

Managing rent reviews and implementing rent increases

Handling lease renewals with accuracy and care

Overseeing property re-advertisements when renters vacate

Managing tenancy lifecycles from leasing through to vacates

Maintaining compliance and property standards with confidence

Coordinating maintenance requests with the support of our admin team

Nurturing strong client relationships with your professional, approachable style

What we're looking for

Industry experience as a property manager is essential – You’ll bring your established property management knowledge and skills to guide and inspire our PM team.

A minimum of 2+ years of property management experience is required

Ability to manage portfolio and use of cloud based tech.

Property Me experience preferred – confidence with our software will help you hit the ground running

Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or relevant licence)

Strong, bubbly communication and organisational skills

Problem solver and solution finder

Confident in VCAT preparation and representation(ongoing training to sharpen your skills will be provided)

A positive, solutions-focused attitude
