As a Property Manager with Barry Plant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our rental properties. To assist you with your role we also offer:

Property Manager - all aspects of Property Management, leasing team on hand to assist.

Assistant property manager - working with a senior, learning all aspects to prepare you to take over your own portfolio.

The Requirements

We're seeking a motivated and passionate Property Manager who possesses:

Agents representative certificate / Real Estate license

Drivers license & Valid Police Check

Excellent presentation & communication skills

Team player

Common sense and a "can do" attitude.

A proven track record in property management.

Communication and negotiation skills.

Understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulations.

A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
