Mornington Specialist Eye Clinic is looking for a professional, friendly, highly organised individual to join our medical staff support team.
You duties will include - amongst other things - managing phone calls, patients bookings, billing of appointments, responding to queries, dealing with correspondence, undertaking administration tasks as required for medical practitioners, liaising with theatres and assisting patients with completing paperwork for procedures. Experience with Genie Billing System would be an advantage.
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual who will possess the following:
Previous reception/admin experience preferably in the medical or healthcare industry;
You will have above average English skills;
An exceptional attention to detail;
Excellent computer skills;
Well-developed interpersonal skills;
The ability to work as part of a team and independently;
A mature and professional work ethic;
Be neat and highly organised with the ability to work effectively under time related pressure.
