About Physioworks Health Group:
Physioworks Health Group is a physiotherapy and allied health business with clinics located in Cranbourne, Berwick, Pakenham and Camberwell. We have been in operation for 30 years providing physiotherapy, exercise physiology, remedial massage therapy and a range of other services.
The Job:
We are seeking a full-time receptionist (38 hours per week) working across our Cranbourne and Pakenham clinics. You will work a mixture of opening and closing shifts across the clinic locations. (Opening at 8am and closing at 8pm).
Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle to travel between the Cranbourne and Pakenham clinic locations.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for all front of house reception duties including greeting clients, welcoming them to the clinic and assisting their needs as a priority, answering and directing incoming telephone calls, emails and faxes, scheduling appointments, managing the electronic diary system and processing payments.
All computer skill levels are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided for the electronic diary system.
The reception role also involves working closely with clinical staff to ensure appointments run to time, incoming and outgoing client related information such as letters, imaging results and referrals are available as needed while working as a seamless team with the clinical staff to ensure clients experience genuine care and a professional service.

The successful applicant must have flexibility to work occasional additional hours or change shifts as required to assist in covering staff leave.
Training:
Previous experience in health reception or administration is an advantage however no knowledge is assumed and all training for the position will be provided. The successful applicant will have up to 4 weeks training before commencing full time hours in the role. Regular ongoing training will be provided as part of the reception/administration team.
