About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated front of house team. Based at our clinic in Parkville, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our practice. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this dynamic position offers a variety of responsibilities in a boutique environment, including providing support to practitioners, handling initial bookings and triage, overseeing reception daily functions, coordinating the day stay diary and other general support tasks as required to ensure our practice runs smoothly. Your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere where our clients receive an exceptional standard of care.
Why You Should Apply:
Regular Hours: 4 to 5 days - within a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work required. 8am-5:30pm.
Competitive Remuneration: We offer attractive compensation packages. Rate pay of based on previous experience, skill and ability. Pay range $28-$34ph.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:
Experience: Demonstrated experience of at least one year in a similar administrative or front of house/reception role within a medical, allied health, or private practice setting.
Empathy: Ability to interact empathetically with a diverse client base, including individuals with complex needs.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and excel under pressure.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare and Health Insurance is advantageous. Experience with practice management software, such as Xestro, will be highly regarded but not essential.
