Your Day-to-Day

Lead multiple commercial projects from client handover to 12-month defect resolution

Control scope, budgets, timelines, and quality at every stage

Build and maintain detailed project schedules

Coordinate with drafting, production, logistics, and site teams

Conduct regular site visits, track progress, and resolve defects early

Act as the key point of contact for clients and builders

Manage budgets, approve invoices, and negotiate supplier costs

Ensure defect-free handovers and push for continuous improvement
