The Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, liaising with tenants and landlords while ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing commercial lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews
• Coordinating maintenance and contractor relationships
• Ensuring compliance and property performance
• Preparing budgets and financial reports
• Being a key part of a growing team with opportunities to develop into leadership

About You:

• Previous experience in property management - residential or commercial
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Organised, proactive, and excited about contributing to a growing business
