We’re looking for an Operations Manager to bring structure, leadership, and systems thinking to two growing, high-touch service businesses: one supporting RTOs with venue sourcing, the other helping clients create their strategic commercial property portfolios.
Your job? Align the moving parts. Improve systems. Lead a small team. And keep client journeys running smoothly so the owners can stay focused on growth and property sourcing.
About the Businesses
One business connects training providers with fully compliant venues across metro areas - Training Spacefinder. The other helps professionals and business owners plan and purchase commercial property portfolios - Spacefinder.
Both are service-based, founder-led, and scaling fast. The team is smart, down-to-earth, and committed to doing great work for their clients.
About You
You’ve run operations before, you are driven by providing exceptional client and team service — and you’re ready to do it with more influence and ownership. You’re calm, capable, confident with tech and people alike. You know what great systems look like — and how to build them. You’re ready to lead and grow a team around you.
In This Role, You’ll:
Lead and improve internal systems and workflows
Own the CRM, onboarding, and client experience
Support deal tracking and service delivery
Manage reporting, compliance, and billing oversight
Lead a Sales Executive and Analyst (and help recruit them)
Help shape the next phase of business growth
You’ll Need:
Operational leadership in a growing service business
Strong tech skills (CRM, automation, reporting)
Experience managing teams and building systems
Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders
Sunshine Coast location or willingness to relocate
Key Areas of Responsibility
Systems & Workflow Management
Own and improve internal systems, processes, and documentation.
Client Success & Engagement
Lead onboarding and retention, ensuring a strong client journey.
Sales & Deal Support
Support inbound enquiries, track deals, and provide visibility.
Team Leadership
Manage and grow a small team; lead recruitment and check-ins.
Finance & Compliance
Oversee billing, reporting, and operational compliance.
Strategic Support
Drive initiatives, prepare updates, and keep priorities aligned.
