What you’ll be doing:

Liaising with owners and tenants, managing enquiries, compliance, and maintenance requests

Assisting with outgoing budgets, operating costs, and EOFY reconciliations

Managing lease renewals, option renewals, assignments, and rent reviews

Scheduling and conducting property inspections

Effectively managing rental and outgoings arrears

Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections and meeting contractors on-site as required

✨ You’ll be supported with dedicated administration, leasing team and accounts assistance, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering results.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing property portfolios

Strong knowledge of commercial leases

Experience with outgoing budgets & EOFY reconciliations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Current Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain – 5-day course provided if required)

Proficient computer skills (Cirrus8 experience is advantageous but not essential)

Highly organised, solution-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
