In this Senior Property Manager role, you’ll oversee a well-maintained, easy-to-manage portfolio—with no routine inspections or entry reports required. With admin support in place and all properties located close to the office, your focus will be on nurturing client relationships and delivering top-tier service, not chasing paperwork.

THE ROLE

• Manage only 160 properties – enjoy a manageable and rewarding portfolio
• No routine inspections + No Entries!
• No Leasing!!
• Dedicated Assistant to support your day-to-day tasks
• No weekend work – Monday to Friday only
• No micro-management – we trust you to do what you do best
• Work from home available

• $90,000 - $100,000 plus super depending on experience

ABOUT YOU:

• Well-presented, driven, and professional
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration
• Possess a reliable car and valid driver’s licence
