The Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead a high-performing team on behalf of our client. This role is perfect for a proven commercial property professional who thrives on leadership, client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll oversee a portfolio of retail properties, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service for landlords and tenants. From leasing and rent management to maintenance, renewals, and dispute resolution, you’ll take charge of every aspect of the property management cycle.

In this leadership position, you’ll mentor and guide a dedicated team, set performance standards, and champion best practice systems and procedures. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal Sales & Leasing teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver value to clients.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in commercial property management managing a retail portfolio
• Strong knowledge of legislation, leases, contracts & financials
• Exceptional organisational and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and inspire
• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate & QLD Driver’s Licence
