What you’ll be doing:

Managing a tidy, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 135 properties

Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords

Coordinating maintenance and inspections with efficiency and care

Ensuring compliance and providing exceptional customer service

About you:

At least 12 months’ experience managing a portfolio

QLD Certificate of Registration is essential

Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
