Are you looking to take the next step in your Property Management career? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Property Manager to join our team. You’ll be managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 80 tenancies, with scope to grow as you achieve your KPIs.

The Role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end property management role, where you’ll be supported and mentored while developing your skills in commercial property.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

End-to-end management of your portfolio

Arrears monitoring and tenant follow-up

Routine inspections and detailed reporting

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Assisting with outgoings budgets and reconciliations

Lease compliance checks

Basic rent reviews and renewals (with guidance)

Liaising with contractors and service providers

Maintaining database records (Cirrus8 or similar)

Owner reporting and tenant correspondence

About You

We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a busy environment.

You’ll ideally have:

Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration

Previous Property Management experience (Residential PMs welcome to apply!)

Exceptional organisational skills and initiative

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding customer service focus

Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and CRM software
