The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for wedding enquiries, nurturing couples from initial consultation through to confirmed booking.
• Host venue showings and present tailored event proposals that bring each couple’s vision to life.
• Lead negotiations with professionalism and care, consistently converting enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Represent the brand at showcase events and client activations, championing the quality and prestige of the venues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and flawless event delivery.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in wedding or events sales with a proven track record of conversion and revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple enquiries and proposals simultaneously.
