Role Purpose 🏆

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our growing REIPM team! This is a client-facing role where you’ll be the key link between our Senior Property Managers, tenants, and landlords. You’ll play a big part in ensuring our clients have a smooth and professional experience during the leasing process.

REIPM is the property management arm of REIF, one of Australia’s leading Real Estate & Investment companies helping clients achieve wealth through property 🏡. Job Details and Responsibilities

• Booking in and conducting open homes (including Saturday mornings, with time in lieu provided)
• Processing tenant applications in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating property handovers and key collections with builders
• Completing detailed entry condition reports with accuracy
• Scheduling and attending routine inspections, preparing reports, and lodging maintenance requests
• Supporting the Senior Property Managers with day-to-day property management administration
• Maintaining and updating client and property databases for accuracy across the team
• Delivering a great client experience by providing responsive, professional service to both landlords and tenants
• Ad hoc duties as required within the scope of your role and abilities

Professional Attributes

• Current QLD Real Estate Registration License (mandatory)
• Current driver’s license and your own car
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn

Salary: $55,000 – $66,000 (depending on experience) + Super + Car Allowance
