About The Role:

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives on building client relationships and winning business. The successful candidate will focus on securing and delivering utilities-related projects within the resources and energy sector, while leading a growing team and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Mining business in WA, with a focus on utilities infrastructure for resources and energy.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to secure new clients and projects.
• Leverage industry networks to build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities in power, water, and energy infrastructure supporting mining operations.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to technical and project teams.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to maximise business opportunities.
• Represent the business at industry forums and client events.

About You

• Proven track record in senior leadership within mining, resources, or energy-related industries.
• Strong business development experience, with success in winning utilities-focused projects (power, water, energy infrastructure).
• Established client relationships within the mining and energy sectors.
• Commercially astute, with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management capability.
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, or a related discipline (highly regarded).
