About You:
You are trade qualified in plumbing, sprinkler fitting, or equivalent, with strong fire industry experience. You bring:
Extensive knowledge of wet fire systems and Australian Standards (AS1851, AS2118, AS2419, AS2941, BCA/NCC).
Proven leadership, project management, or supervisory experience, with a readiness to step into a divisional management role.
Experience managing service, maintenance, and commercial fire system operations.
White Card and current manual driver’s licence.
Cert IV in Leadership & Management, FPAS accreditation, or hydraulic design experience is preferred.
Your Day to Day:
Lead and mentor your team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
Oversee service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of wet fire systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Australian Standards.
Conduct site inspections, resolve operational issues, and review designs.
Build strong client relationships and deliver high quality outcomes.
Lead by example – actively engage in operational tasks alongside your team while managing office responsibilities.
