About the Role

You’ll oversee critical engineering designs, equipment selection, alternative submissions, and tender proposals, ensuring world-class outcomes across major commercial projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with their SLT, Project Managers, Estimators, and Contractors, you’ll:

• Review consultant designs and specifications to define project scope.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure HVAC installations meet specifications.
• Lead the commissioning of HVAC systems to achieve peak performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to deliver cost-effective, innovative designs.
• Manage the design process to meet technical, budgetary, and client requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing design/engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Deliver on time and on budget while maintaining top-tier quality standards.

About You

You’re a proven leader with a passion for driving excellence in engineering. You’ll bring:

• Experience as a Senior Engineer, or highly skilled Project Manager in Construction, HVAC, or related industries.
• A track record of managing commercial projects worth $10 million +.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing a small team.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable solutions.
