Are you an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Specialist seeking a short-term contract role in the mining industry? Our mining client in Perth CBD is looking for a skilled professional to manage and oversee contracts for a 3-month-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure contract compliance and mitigate commercial risks in the mining sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, legal, and project management.
• Support dispute resolution and contract variations efficiently.
• Maintain contract documentation and manage contract reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Specialist in the mining or resources sector.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and mining industry standards.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with contract management systems and MS Office.
• Relevant qualifications in law, business, contract management, or mining is preferred.
