Position Summary:

· Manage the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property

· Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs

· Liaise with contractors, suppliers and people for equipment and relationship building

· Manage the engineering maintenance team, supporting them with operational tasks and as a role model by being approachable and confident

· Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment

· Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings

· Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives

· Be the main point of contact for all external & internal associates for the Engineering department

· Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Four Points core values

About You:

· Relevant managerial experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
