What You’ll Be Doing

Take the lead on managing a portfolio of residential rental properties

Mentor and support your assistant and leasing consultant

Deliver proactive service to landlords with clear, timely communication

Advertise and lease properties, screen applicants, and manage renewals

Coordinate maintenance, handle inquiries, and resolve tenant issues

Stay on top of arrears management and prepare court submissions when required

Ensure full compliance with WA legislation and maintain accurate property records

Provide exceptional customer service—because that’s what sets us apart

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a confident, capable property manager with the experience and drive to make a real impact. You take pride in your work, thrive in a team environment, and aren’t afraid to take ownership of your portfolio.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

✅ At least 2 years’ experience in residential property management

✅ Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (WA)

✅ A proven ability to manage a portfolio and meet performance targets

✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✅ Tech-savviness with tools like PropertyMe, TAPI and Inspection Express

✅ Certificate IV in Property Services (or relevant WA qualification)
