Operations Manager - Solar

Our client is a fast growing player in the solar sector. With a strong pipeline of work, a motivated team and opportunities for growth, the company has a strong a vision to scale nationally. Part of an established group, they’re now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of installation operations and help drive the business forward.

You will be

• Taking ownership of end to end solar and battery operations across NSW and Melbourne, with opportunity to expand into other states
• Overseeing sales handover, installer onboarding, contracts, scheduling, compliance, and reporting
• Building and managing installer networks, ensuring high quality delivery and regulatory compliance
• Negotiating with suppliers and securing best pricing agreements
• Implementing systems and processes to scale operations
• Supporting sales channels and team
• Collaborating with the leadership team to improve training, pricing, and operational delivery

You arel

• Experienced in solar operations
• Well connected with installers and suppliers, with proven negotiation skills
• Skilled in managing installers, contractors, and offshore sales/service teams
• Confident handling rebates, compliance, and scheduling
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently — strong enough to set up and lead operations without close oversight
• Energetic, motivated, and passionate about renewables and long-term business growth
