The Position
In the role of Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and workspace presentation
- Maintain and improve office systems, processes, and policies
- Provide admin support to Directors, Sales, and Property Management teams
- Supervise front office staff (Customer Service Assistants)
- Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and internal events
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff, including HR documentation
- Maintain IT equipment and liaise with external tech support providers
- Ensure compliance with WHS, Fair Work, and industry regulations
- Keep HR records, staff policies, and internal procedures up to date
- Support audits, maintain company records, and monitor compliance registers
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Assist with client onboarding and help maintain service standards
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Operations Manager will have:
- Previous real estate experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager or high level Executive Assistant
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong understanding of all facets of real estate
- Confident with legislation across all departments
- Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- First class customer service skills and exemplary written and verbal communication
- Ability to operate at an extremely fast pace and handle a high-volume workload
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional demeanour is a must
- Valid drivers' license and reliable car
