Operations Manager – National

Position Summary: The National Operations Manager oversees and directs the overall operations of our manufacturing and industrial service business across all regions. Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, safety, quality, and efficiency, the role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and leadership to deliver exceptional service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets on a national level.

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and industrial service operations across multiple locations.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and environmental policies.

Optimise operational efficiency through process improvements, cost control, and resource management.

Lead, motivate, and develop regional managers and operational teams.

Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of operations.

Drive innovation, technology integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Prepare and present operational reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing or industrial services, preferably at a national level.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
