Our client is a long established, area landmark multi franchise new car dealership located in the New England area of NSW. They are seeking to appoint a Service Manager or Aftersales / Fixed Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of their service department operations. The dealership offers security of tenure, an excellent income stream and a friendly working environment. The town offers all modern facilities including medical, educational, sporting, recreational, dining and shopping. It lacks traffic jams and long commuting distances from home to work. There are daily flights to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane from the airport. Please note that further information about this position can only be given to those applicants who are invited for an interview.
Applicants for this position MUST have strong, solid, current or recent Service Manager experience gained in a large or multi franchised new car dealership environment. You will have strong management, financial and people-handling skills, along with the drive and energy to succeed. You will be able to motivate your staff to achieve their highest potential, whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and profitability are treated with equal importance. You will be ambitious and seek to move up to General Service Manager, Fixed Operations or Aftersales Manager level.
Salary on offer for this role will consist of a retainer from $80k to $100k (depending on previous experience), super, commission structure and company vehicle. On Target Earnings should be around $150k, once you have earned your way up to the Group or Fixed Operations Manager level.. A contribution towards your relocation expenses may also be offered for the right candidate.
