Part-Time Receptionist (with potential to grow full-time)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Cleanskin Laser. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to increase hours and transition to full-time.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Your role will involve:

Greeting clients and managing check-ins/check outs

Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries

Answering customer messages through socials (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)

Managing bookings through our online scheduling system

Processing payments and handling point-of-sale

Supporting the team with day-to-day admin and clinic operations

Maintaining clinic presentation by ensuring the space is fresh and inviting as well as light cleaning duties

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced as a receptionist (minimum 1 year, 2+ years preferred)

Experienced or has a strong interest in the beauty, skin, or laser industry

Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

Confident with computers, booking systems, and handling payments

Professional, friendly, and client-focused

Available Tuesday-Saturday and late on Thursdays
