An opportunity has arisen for a part time receptionist to work in the Doctor's medical practice, The IV Room and Inuspheresis Perth, four days a fortnight, every Monday and Thursday, with annual leave relief opportunities on a Wednesday. We are a small dedicated team that work really well together in positive environment. The Doctor provides high quality muscular skeletal care for spine and joint regeneration. The IV Room provides a range of intravenous therapies to a number of people who have been referred by a health care practitioner or found us on google. Inuspheresis Perth is run by the same Doctor and this is a blood purification technology developed to treat autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammation. We are the first medical practice in Australia to provide this treatment.

Qualifications & experience

Excellent interpersonal skills; well developed organisation skills; experience with eftpos machines; attention to detail is required; medical background in reception would be beneficial, or previous reception work would also be beneficial.

Tasks & responsibilities

Answering phones, booking a variety of appointments, answering emails. Billing and medicare rebates. Balancing daily with MYOB, purchasing products, paying invoices, banking and filing. Contacting new patients, sms'ing patients.
