Wanneroo Patios is a successful and rapidly growing business specialising in the design and installation of custom-built, high-quality patios, pergolas, carports and more to the greater Perth region. In addition to our core service, we also offer a range of aluminium gates, screening, and fencing options for our clients, whether for installation or D.I.Y home projects.

Due to our continued success in the industry and rapid rate of growth, we are on the lookout for a Full Time Receptionist to join our close-knit team in Wangara. Working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

We are seeking someone who is reliable, organised, and friendly. You will be the first point-of-contact for our clients and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. While this role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, it offers a great environment to build your skills and be an important part of the team.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

• Answering and directing incoming calls, as well as meeting and greeting clients who visit the office
• Booking and confirming appointments for our Design and Sales Consultants
• Responding to and managing all sales inquiries
• Processing payments in the office
• Assisting with general administrative tasks, including banking, submitting council paperwork, and processing new job paperwork
• Managing and placing stationery and kitchen supply orders

The successful candidate will require the following:

• A friendly and professional telephone manner
• The ability to handle a busy, fast-paced role
• Fast and accurate keyboard skills
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail across various tasks
