Reception & Administration Support Officer
Part-Time (15 Hours Per Week) | Albany, WA
About the Role:
Amity Health is a not-for-profit organisation providing community-based health and wellbeing services across the Great Southern. We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our Albany team.
As the first point of contact for Amity Health, this role delivers high-quality, culturally responsive reception services to all visitors, clients, and staff ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to dignity, respect, and positive engagement.
This position plays a key role in supporting a psychologically safe and welcoming environment, which helps to uphold the rights and responsibilities of all clients. Additionally, the role contributes to the broader administrative functions of the organisation by providing efficient, accurate, and timely support for program delivery and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Deliver a warm, respectful reception service including phone and front-desk enquiries.
Support the coordination and administration of visiting specialists and Amity Health clinics.
Assist with bookings and maintenance of meeting rooms, clinic spaces, and organisational vehicles.
Ensure clinic rooms and reception areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Organise meeting room setup and assist with catering requirements.
Manage outgoing mail and general office duties.
Provide administrative support to the Administration Services & Program Support Manager and broader team as required.
This is a part-time position 15 hours per week, located in our Head Office Centennial Park, Albany.

Previous experience in administration or reception (community or health sector experience highly regarded).
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
A professional, friendly, and culturally sensitive approach.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs.
A valid ‘C’ class driver’s licence and National Police Clearance.
National Disability Clearance Check and Working with Children Check.
