Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting clients, customers, and visitors

Answering and directing phone calls and emails

Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Assisting with filing, data entry, and record keeping

Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

Keeping reception and office areas tidy and professional

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and professional in manner

Highly organised with attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A strong communicator with excellent customer service skill

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential—we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
