We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and caring person who would share this commitment and join our team as a Scheduling Officer to provide support to our clients living in the community so they can maintain their independence and quality of life.
We are located in the Garden Office Park in Osborne Park, a new modern office close to public transport and parking onsite included. Facilities include a gym, swimming pool and café.
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and professional rostering scheduler. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader and Care Team Manager, this role will be responsible for coordinating the rosters of support workers. The successful person will need to have previous experience as a rostering scheduler and a demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care and NDIS framework and its rostering requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Allocate shifts and match support workers to meet individual support needs and requirements
Prepare and distribute all employee rosters within required timeframes
Identify scheduling issues and manage proactively, finding solutions within the team
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including Support Workers, Care Managers, Clients, and Management
Advise Clients, Support Workers, and other staff of any changes to rosters within an appropriate timeframe
Update and maintain records and other information as required
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
Demonstrated experience meeting hard deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
National Police Clearance
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
